Snow everywhere! :happycry:

Beautiful contrast! The snow looks so pure and the trees are standing strong... Hm? am I being poetic? I've always wanted to take a walk in a calm forest, but I don't think it's easy to do that around where I live. Nice capture!

Once again, I'm left a little wordless for what to say about this one. =P

While you've shown how beautiful this forest looks in other seasons, it really looks spectacular with a winter coat on.
The angle and the texture on the trees in the foreground really help to break up and frame the forest behind, and that pure white throughout.

I just love the coverings of snow on the tree bark and little branches. By concealing more, it seems to create a greater feeling of depth and detail within the picture - especially with the faint silhouettes of the trees in the far background.

Gives me an urge to delve deeper and explore this beautiful and seemingly undisturbed utopia of white. :happycry:

Lovely capture, Andy. <3

:#1: Thank you so much for the amazing comment! It was almost as amazingly great as the experience of standing in that blindingly white forest. Photos don't do it justice. But I do try. ;)

D'aww - don't mention it!
I always figure that if I favourite something, the artist deserves to know exactly why.
It may be you, and you know how I love your photography, but this is no different.

And commenting here is better than me just saying "AWESOME" all the time on Google. :paranoid:

I can't imagine how it was like, but it sorta reminds me of the forests a little way away from where I live, and they were amazing, even though they weren't blindingly white like this one. :happycry:
